Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you,
including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs from non-standard delivery options),
within 14 days after receiving your return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized posters created specifically for you

• Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

• Products that were used, damaged, or not returned in original condition
