We deliver Printhletic posters to all countries within Europe and work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and fast delivery. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delays may occur during high-demand periods. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your destination and order size.
All applicable taxes and fees are shown before completing your purchase.
Packaging & Protection
All Printhletic posters are shipped in premium protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Framed posters receive additional protection for safe delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your poster, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions

Customized or personalized posters are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
Return Process

Contact us via email at info@printhletic.ch to initiate your return.

Send back the poster unused and in its original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
