Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the Printhletic online shop (www.printhletic.com).
By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

Contract Formation

  1. The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

  2. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected items.

  3. The order confirmation sent via email does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
    The purchase contract is only concluded once the shipping confirmation is sent or the goods are delivered.

Prices and Payment Terms

Prices in the online shop are displayed in the currency selected by the customer (multi-currency).
The final price and currency shown at checkout are binding for the order.

Shipping costs, taxes and possible payment fees are shown separately before completing the purchase.

The following payment methods are accepted:
credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other options listed in the shop.

Full payment is required before we ship the order.

Delivery and Shipping

  1. We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.

  2. Estimated delivery times:

    • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 5–9 business days

    • Europe: 7–12 business days

  3. Customers will be informed via email if delays occur.

  4. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers can withdraw from their purchase in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal.

Retention of Ownership

All products remain the property of Printhletic until full payment has been received.

Terms of Use and Copyright

  1. All designs, images, and content on www.printhletic.com are protected by copyright.

  2. Copying, reproducing, or using our designs or images for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

  3. The use of our online shop is strictly for private, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Printhletic is not liable for slight negligence, unless it concerns damage to life, body, or health.

  2. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external shipping providers.

  3. Minor color differences between on-screen previews and printed posters do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Data Protection

  1. All personal data is handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. Data is used only for order processing and will not be shared with third parties except for payment and shipping purposes.

Changes of the Terms and Conditions

Printhletic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on our website.
