Participation terms

Organizer
The organizer of all giveaways and promotions is:

Eligibility
Participation is open to all individuals residing in Europe who are at least 14 years old.
Participants under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Employees of Printhletic and their family members are excluded from participation.

Participation
Participation takes place by following the respective instructions
(e.g. liking, commenting, tagging, or submitting information via a form).
Each participant may only enter once per giveaway unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete or automated entries will not be considered.

Prize and Notification
The prize, duration, and procedure are described in the respective giveaway post or announcement.
Winners will be notified via email or direct message within 7 days after the giveaway ends.
If a winner does not respond within 5 days, Printhletic reserves the right to select a new winner.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.

Data Protection
Personal data collected during participation (e.g. name, email, address) will be used exclusively for processing the giveaway and deleted afterwards.

Exclusion and Termination
Printhletic reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the participation terms,
manipulate the process, or use unfair means.
We may cancel or end the giveaway prematurely for important reasons (e.g. technical issues).

Liability
Printhletic is not liable for technical malfunctions or delays, nor for damages arising from participation or acceptance of a prize, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Applicable Law
These participation terms are governed by Swiss law.
Legal recourse is excluded.
