Order:
How can I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting the products you’d like to purchase and adding them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment and shipping details. You will receive an order confirmation by email once the purchase is completed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as quickly as possible. Once your order has been prepared for shipping or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
I didn’t receive an order conformation - what should I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, reach out to our customer support so we can verify your order and resend the confirmation.
How can I track my order?
We currently do not offer order tracking. You will be notified once your order has been shipped, and delivery will arrive directly via your local postal service.
Shipping:
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Europe typically takes 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries within Europe. At checkout, you can confirm whether shipping is available for your address.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. The final shipping fee is shown before you complete your purchase.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support. We will check the status of your shipment and assist you with the next steps.
Return & Refuns:
How do I return a product?
To return a product, please contact our customer support with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.
How many days do I have to return an item?
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us and we will assist you with a solution.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Which items are non-returnable?
Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items cannot be returned.

What poster sizes do you offer?
We offer our posters in three sizes:
• A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)
• A3 (29.7 x 42 cm)
• A2 (42 x 59.4 cm)
Every design is available in all formats unless stated otherwise.
Are the colors exactly like in the photos?
We use high-quality, color-accurate printing. Small variations may occur due to different screen settings, but in real life, the prints look sharp, vibrant, and true to the original design.
Do the posters come with frames?
You can choose to order your poster with or without a frame. We recommend ordering with frame for the best look and durability. Our frames are high-quality solid wood (white or black) and fit our poster sizes perfectly.
How are your posters produced?
All posters are designed in-house and printed on premium fine-art paper using high-resolution, long-lasting inks. Each print is manually checked, trimmed, and packed by our team to ensure the best quality.
Are the posters UV-resistant?
Yes - our posters are printed with UV-resistant inks, making them more durable and less likely to fade when exposed to light.
Payment:
What payment methods can I use?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. All available methods are shown at checkout.
In which currencies can I pay?
You can pay in multiple currencies. Our shop automatically displays your local currency based on your region, and you can change it manually if needed.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted and certified payment providers. We never store or have access to your full payment details - your information stays private and protected.
Why was my payment declined?
A payment can fail for several reasons, such as:
• Insufficient funds
• Incorrect card details
• Payment restrictions set by your bank
• Internet or verification issues
If this happens, try another payment method or contact your bank for assistance.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@printhletic.ch and include photos of the damage. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund for you.
